One Cashel cafe is taking a step to help the environment and has announced it is switching to compostable cups!

Grogans Cake and Ice Cream Parlour, winner of The Nationalist’s best icecream in Tipperary last year, announced their new recycling initiative this week.

As part of the move away from non-recyclable, single use, disposable coffee cups Zero Waste Cashel are delighted that Cashel businesses like Grogan's Café and Ice Cream Parlour are making the switch to compostable coffee cups, ice cream bowls and other take away containers.

Zero Waste Cashel has thanked  Zeus Packaging for coming to the town with samples of their large range of compostable containers.
