Carrick On Suir Athletics‘ Club athletes won the U-9 team title and were second in the U-10 team event at the All-Ireland Inter Club Relay Team Championship for U-9 to U-11 age groups. U-9 athletes Ruby Norris and Sarah Bartley were 3rd in the 60m team competition.
Here are the Carrick AC U-9 and U-10 teams: Front: Girls U-9 team: Izabella Wielowska, Ruby Norris, Sophie O'Brien and Sarah Bartley. Back. Girls U-10 silver medal winning relay team: Sarah Connolly, Kate Anthony, Eva Gunn, Holly Kirby and their coach Emby Walsh.
