SHOCKING: Tipperary driver faces huge charges due to serious offences

One Tipperary motorist faces serious charges after being intially caught not wearing a seatbelt whilst driving yesterday afternoon.

The culprit was caught out by the Tipperary Roads Policing Unit yesterday afternoon, and the Automatic Number Plate Recognition camera also flagged a cancelled insurance policy on the vehicle.

The driver in question then proceeded to provide false details after which Gardaí subsequently discovered the motorist was disqualified from driving. They were arrested and charged to court while the car was seized.
