ALERT: Fresh weather warning in place from Wednesday

Met Éireann has announced an orange weather warning for Tipperary and 17 other counties from 6pm Wednesday.

Low temperatures below -5 degrees and severe frost and ice are expected.

The warning is in place until noon Thursday, December 15

Currently, there is a yellow weather advisory in place for Tipperary. 

Yesterday Tipperary County Council issued an update on the measures in the county.

Here is a reminder of the emergency numbers.
