Another vintage year in Tipperary sport is recognised by United Sports Panel

2022 had been another vintage year for Tipperary sport, Eamonn Wynne, Chairman of the Tipperary United Sports Panel, stated at the presentation of the Annerville awards at the Talbot Hotel Clonmel.

The 24 winners of the awards, which are sponsored by Bulmers, were introduced to the large attendance at the presentation ceremony by Sports Panel members Seamus King, Liam Ó Donnchú and Seamus McCarthy.

All three men read citations of the winners’ achievements, nationally and internationally, over the last twelve months.

Kayaking - Beibhinn Butler, Clonmel

Ladies football - Lorraine O’Shea, Mullinahone

Motorsport - Joe Browne, Clogheen

Pitch and Putt - Joe Franklin, Clonmel

Snooker - Brendan O’Donoghue, Nenagh
