The TYs had a talk this week about caring for pets given by PAWS Animal Rescue.
They also learned about rescue animals and how to go about adopting a rescue animal from their shelter.
The talk also highlighted the plight many rescue centres face trying to cope with the unprecedented numbers of
abandoned dogs and cats.
TYs learned lots of important information on how to look after their furry four-legged friends.
