Update: Gardaí investigating two-vehicle collision on M7 near Ballywilliam

The gardaí are investigating a two-vehicle collision on the M7 near Ballywilliam that occurred on Sunday, April 23.

The accident happened between the Junction 26, Nenagh, and Junction 27, Birdhill, at around 8.25pm.

The incident on the southbound lane resulted in a backlog of traffic to the Nenagh exit at Carrigatoher.

The scene was attended by a number of emergency services, including gardaí, fire services and ambulance.

No one was injured in the collision.
