CBS Thurles hold annual school golf tournament
Our annual golf Tournament was held at Thurles Golf Club recently. Twenty-seven students contested the perpetual shield. Tom Gleeson in second year won, followed closely in second place by sixth-year Eoin O’Connell and David Costigan in the Transition year was third.
A huge thank you to Thurles Golf Club President Don Cunningham for presenting the prizes and to Thurles Golf Club for the use of their excellent facilities. The boys enjoyed great food afterwards in the clubhouse.
