A circus summer camp in Tipperary - that sounds like a lot of fun!

Cloughjordan Circus Summer Camp will take place from Monday, July 24 until Friday July 28 from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm each day.

Circus Summer Camp


Cloughjordan Circus Summer Camp will take place from Monday, July 24 until Friday July 28 from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm each day.


Activities will include Juggling, Diabolo, Hula Hoop, Unicycle Games and Wire Walking.

Cemetery Masses
Cemetery Masses will be celebrated on the following dates (weather permitting): in Ardcroney on this Friday, June 16 at 7.30pm; in Cloughjordan on Sunday, June 18 at 11am; in Kilruane on Saturday, June 24 at 6pm.

Cúl Camp
Kilruane MacDonaghs are running two Cúl Camps, July 3-7 and July 17-21, in MacDonagh Park, Cloughjordan. The Camps are open to boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 13.

Pilgrimage To Lourdes
Bishop Fintan Monahan will lead the Killaloe Diocesan pilgrimage to Lourdes on Tuesday, June 27, returning on Sunday, July 2.
Departure will be from Shannon Airport and the cost will be €809 which includes flight, airport transfers, full board and sanctuary levy.

Sympathy
Sympathy is extended to Margot, Aidan, Elena, Karl, Jack and Ben Ryan on the death of Margot’s father, Dick Coghlan, Garranthurles, Ballymackey and formerly from Rathnaleen. Nenagh.

Racing
At the Gowran meeting held on Monday, June 5, the Denis Hogan-trained Barnhill Rose, ridden by Siobhan Rutledge, won the Good Enuf To Eat Apprentice Handicap, after surviving a stewards enquiry.
Denis also had a winner at the Clonmel meeting held on Friday, June 9 when Desert Friend, ridden by Daniel King, won the Powerstown Park Beginners Steeplechase.

Hurling
Best of luck to the Tipperary senior hurlers who play Offaly in the All-Ireland quarter-final on Saturday in Tullamore. Hopefully we will see some of Kilruane MacDonaghs players on the Tipperary squad involved in Saturday’s game.
The Kilruane MacDonaghs senior hurlers played a challenge game last Sunday morning in MacDonagh Park against Dicksboro from Kilkenny.
