As the demographic changes in Ireland highlighted in the recent Census results show, more and more people are living longer and the importance of being active remains high on the agenda.
The Tipperary Age Friendly Expo 2023 is on the horizon and will showcase the range of services taking place across the county.
The event takes place at TUS College Campus on the Nenagh Road in Thurles on Thursday 22nd June.
There will be refreshments served and social dancing will take place on the day.
