Tipperary Parkinson's Association saddened by the passing of former chair Michael Bourke

The Tipperary Parkinson's Association has said that it was with great sadness that as a branch to hear of the sad passing of its dear friend and chairperson, Michael Bourke, Sarsfield Street, Nenagh.

Michael was a true gentleman in every way. He worked tirelessly and professionally for people and their carers with Parkinson's both at local and National level where he represented us as chairperson in both areas, the branch said.

On behalf of the Tipperary branch of the Parkinson's Association of Ireland we would like to offer our sincere sympathy to Michael's wife Marion; his daughter Fiona; his sons Philip and Liam, and all the extended Bourke family.

Ar Dheis De go raibh a anam uasal.
