Junior Captains' Prizes
We had a very successful Junior Captain’s Prize last Saturday in beautiful sunshine for Girls Captain Aoife O’Donoghue and Boys Captain David Ryan.
The results are as follows:
The Girls 18-hole competition was won by Jamie Alley, in 2nd place Aisling O’Donoghue, in 3rd place Alanna Rose Walsh and in 4th place Andrea Rangelova.
The Boys 18-hole competition; in 1st place James Murphy, in 2nd place Eoghan White, in 3rd place Rua Astwood and in 4th place Aiden Skeffington.
9-hole competition: 1st place Ned Butler, 2nd place Rachel Stockhil and 3rd place Daithi McCormack.

The Sixes Competition (team event), in 1st place Sofia O’Sullivan, Julia Breen and Lee Maher, in 2nd place Jack Ryan and James Gleeson, in 3rd place Robert Alley, Luke Anderson and Oran O’Dwyer, in 4th place Ewan & Karl McGlinchey and Aine O’Dwyer.


Speaking at the presentation of prizes, committee member Pat Ryan welcomed Joan Moore to present the Seamus Moore Memorial Cup to the winner, James Murphy. He thanked all the Junior Golfers for their participation in the competition. He congratulated all the winners. He especially thanked all who helped out in so many ways.

He complimented Captains David Ryan and Aoife O’Donoghue for the wonderful leadership.
