Swimmin' Women programme is returning to pools in Tipperary

The programme has been designed by Swim Ireland

Tipperary Sport Partnership’s  eight-week Swimmin' Women programme is back.

The programme is being facilitated in six pools in Tipperary – Carrick-on-Suir, Clonmel, Nenagh, Roscrea, Thurles and Tipperary Town.

This programme is aimed at women who can swim at least two lengths of a pool confidently and wish to improve their technique and increase their swimming distance.

This programme was designed by Swim Ireland.

The programme enables participants to receive great motivation by swimming in a group, meet swimmers of similar abilities and work on swimming techniques and strokes while building distance.

Keep an eye on www.tipperarysports.ie for upcoming programmes.
