The draws were made over the weekend for next years provincial football championships. Tipperary came out of the hat at the more favourable side of the draw, avoiding the big guns of Cork and Kerry.

In the quarter finals Tipperary will play Waterford while Limerick will play Cork.

The winner of Tipperary and Waterford will play Clare while the winner of the Limerick and Cork game will play against the reigning champions Kerry.

Tipperary, who will be in division 4 of the football league in spring time, last won the title in 2020 and will be looking to see can they work their way back into the final against if they navigate Waterford and Clare respectively.

The games will take place following the conclusion of the national league campaign.
