Join us on November 21 at 7pm as Salvador, a most entertaining speaker, introduces the fascinating history of the memorial card, and the part it played in almost every aspect of social, political, religious and cultural life from the late nineteenth century to the present day.
Normally, stuffed into prayer books or stored in biscuit tine, the cards are cherished as keepsakes of loved ones no longer with us.
