Tipperary SVP issues appeal for volunteers following record year for number of calls

Following a record number of calls for help in 2023, the Society of St Vincent de Paul (SVP) is actively recruiting new volunteers in 2024. SVP Volunteers visit people in their local area, offering support, friendship, and guidance.

Offering at little bit of help at the right time can give people hope for the future. Can you do this? Have you got one hour to give?

SVP will host an open meeting in Nenagh Pastoral Centre, Church Road, at 7pm on February 19 for people interested in joining.
