Tipperary choir is back with a very busy schedule ahead for 2024

Members of Belle Voci Choir perform for residents at Sonas in Carrick-on-Suir

Belle Voci Choir was delighted to return to community singing recently with a lovely session in Sonas, Carrick-on-Suir.
One of our former members, and mother to a present member, Margaret Morrissey and her fellow residents joined us for a few songs on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

Our next community sing will be at Acorn Lodge in April.

Before that we will sing at Sunday Mass in Ferryhouse Church for St Patrick’s Day and Easter Sunday.

On Saturday, March 2, we will defend our title of Best Community Choir at the Limerick Choral Festival, one we have held by default for the last four years as the competition hasn’t been held since 2020. We are hard at work to ensure we retain it for another year.

After our Winter Concert we were delighted to present just over €1,000 to Phil Kehoe at the Tipperary Hygiene Hub, thanks to the generosity of all who donated. We were delighted to be able to support Phil and all her collegues who do such necessary and important work for our community.

Our Summer Concert is planned for Friday, May 24 details will be shared closer to the date.
