Man in his forties arrested in Tipp Town last weekend on suspicion of drink driving

A man in his forties was arrested by Gardaí in Tipperary Town in the early hours of Sunday morning last, the 11th of February, on suspicion of drunk driving after initially being observed driving erratically.

Following a breath test at Tipperary Town Garda Station, he was found to be above the legal limit and was subsequently charged and is due to appear in court on a date in February.

The car he was driving was also seized for no NCT and no Tax.
