The annual La Na bFiann will take place on Easter Monday next - the 1st of April - commencing with a meet and greet at the McAuley Community Centre, Templemore at 10.30am followed by mass in the Sacred Heart Church at 11.30am.
After mass there will be a parade to the Old graveyard for a wreath laying ceremony followed by refreshments back at the McAuley Community Centre. Due to ongoing refurbishments on the Town Hall it is not possible to carry out the usual parade this year. A big turnout is expected on Monday next so be sure to pencil this annual event into the diary.
The McAuley Community Centre Templemore has meeting rooms to cater for groups of all sizes and the event next Monday is not to be missed.
