Price increase for bus fares coming to local Tipperary town

Local Link Tipperary has announced updated bus fare prices for their Clonmel town service.

The new fare prices will come in to place from Sunday, June 23.

Adult LEAP card holders will see an increase of €0.15 to their fare, from €1.35 to €1.50.

Young adults and children who are LEAP card holders will both see a fee increase of €0.10, going up to €0.75 and €0.65 respectively.

Adults who pay with cash will also see a €0.10 increase, with the fare now costing €2.

Children who pay with cash are unaffected by the increase.

These price increases come as part of the National Transport Authority's national fares determination roll-out.
