Christmas In Doon will take place from November 30 to December 1 in the Doon Community Centre.
Friday evenings will see a children's disco, with Saturday being a cinema day, followed by a Santa/craft fair taking place that Sunday.
The community are looking for help organise the event or on the weekend itself, so if you have a few hours to spare, contact Michael at 087 676 4345.
Leading up to Christmas in Doon there will be a movie night held on the last Thursday of every month until December.
The first movie will be a Shrek film, showing at 7pm in the Fr McGrath hall, costing €5 per child.
Refreshments will be available on the night.
