Championship joint favourites Galtee Rovers advanced to the Semi Final of the McGrath Oil Emly West Under 21A Football championship following a comprehensive victory over Clonoulty Rossmore at Dillon Quirke GAA Ground on Bank Holiday Monday.
The Bansha outfit were the more polished side from the start and with their forward division in fine form, they quickly moved into top gear, with Eoin Halpin, Jack Crowe and Emmet Bonnar keeping the scoreboard moving. They led at the break, 1.12 to 0.0.
They continued in the same vane after the restart, although the home side came more into the game for the second thirty minutes, but Galtee were never really in trouble.
Galtee now meet Kickhams in the semi final.
