GAME OFF: West Tipperary football final has been postponed

Venue change for Louth's National Football League game against Derry

Football final is off.

the West Football final on Sunday in Sean Treacy Park is postponed due to funeral in Bansha. It will be refixed as soon as possible.

The 79th Shane Hennessy Agri-Advisor West Senior Football Championship Final was set to take place this Sunday December 8th with the meeting of Golden/Kilfeacle and Galtee Rovers scheduled for Sean Treacy Park however it has now been postponed.

When it is played, Galtee Rovers will be aiming for a first title in the grade since 2018 when they claimed their 26th title.

Golden/Kilfeacle last tasted honours in the Senior football final back in 1996 when they completed two in a row. Golden/Kilfeacle will be seeking a fifth West Senior Football title.
