Cahir Primary Healthcare Centre
The Cahir Centre was closed for Appointments on Monday but doctors and appointments were available by phone.

Coláiste Dún Iascaigh
Last Monday morning of January 6, 2025 Coláiste Dún Iascaigh in Cahir was not in a position to open. Updates were posted on the Facebook page.

Bunscoil na Cathrach
Bunscoil na Cathrach remained closed on Monday, January 6, 2025. The situation was then reviewed with regard to opening on Tuesday.
Rockwell College Campus /Rockwell Music Academy - the Rockwell Music Academy Campus in Cahir and the Rockwell College Campus remained closed on Monday, January 6, due to adverse weather conditions. Everyone was updated regarding opening arrangements for Tuesday.

Cahir Castle closes due to adverse weather
Due to the Orange Weather Warnings for Snow & Ice which were issued for County Tipperary for Sunday, January 5, Cahir Castle was closed to the public. This was to ensure the safety of both visitors and staff. The situation was monitored and the Castle re-opened when it was safe to do so. Updates were posted on their social media platforms and on www.heritageireland.ie

Woodview Service Station
In the interest of safety and as weather conditions deteriorated last Sunday, January 5, 2025 the Woodview Service Station closed its doors early at 5pm on that evening and reopened at the later time of 8am on Monday, January 6, 2025. They were very thankful to their dedicated staff for coming into work on the morning in the poor weather conditions.

Cahir Day Care Centre
We were also informed the Cahir Day Care Centre would be closed on Monday, January 6, 2025 for health and safety reasons and would reopen as soon as possible.
