Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to this incident
The man who was killed in a car accident in Tipperary on Friday night has been named locally as Kieran McArdle.
Mr McArdle, who was aged in his 30s, was killed when the ride-on lawnmower he was driving was involved in a collision with a car at Kilcash Cross on the Clonmel-Kilkenny road at approximately 9.50pm.
Mr McArdle was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was removed to the mortuary at University Hospital Waterford for a post-mortem.

There were no other injuries reported.

The Mayor of Clonmel, Pat English, has extended his sympathy to Mr McArdle's family.
"My thoughts go out to his family and friends," said Cllr English.
"Everyone in the area is shocked, it's a terrible situation".
The Mayor said that the condition of the road where the accident occurred isn't the best, and it should be upgraded.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to this incident to come forward.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the area on the N76 between 9.30pm and 10.30pm are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
