Tipperary GAA has been nominated for the Diversity & Inclusion Award at the upcoming County Tipperary Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2025.
The nomination recognises the association’s efforts in creating a welcoming environment that celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and community spirit.

Speaking on the shortlisting, Tipperary GAA said the recognition reflects the organisation’s commitment to fostering a culture where sport acts as a unifying force.
“Sport has the unique power to unite and integrate people, and at Tipperary GAA we are dedicated to ensuring that everyone feels welcome, valued, and represented,” the statement said.
The award highlights local organisations that place inclusion at the heart of their work, with Tipperary GAA joining Knockanrawley Resource Centre, Private Therapy Clinic, Clonmel Kidz Club, and Boston Scientific on the shortlist.
Tipperary GAA expressed gratitude to the County Tipperary Chamber of Commerce for the nomination, describing it as “an honour to see these important values recognised.”
The winners of the Business Awards 2025 will be announced later this year.
