Now in their 20th year as a club, Carrick-on-Suir AC Roadrunners’ Spring League, sponsored by SuperValu Carrick-on-Suir, launched earlier this month.

The 4k course at Lower Ballylynch offers an opportunity to keep the fitness levels up during the dark hours of January as we head into spring, and the club extends its thanks to the residents for their co-operation and help.

The league runs for seven weeks. It has continued to be popular, with over 55 runners taking part this year.

Club membership is available to all, just enquire on the website or Facebook page.
