The fine dining restaurant, located at Cashel Palace Hotel, continues to be one of only a small number of Michelin-starred establishments in the region, underlining its consistency at the highest level of Irish dining.
Situated in the historic Tipperary town, the restaurant has become a key part of the town’s tourism offering in recent years, attracting visitors from both Ireland and abroad.
The latest Michelin Guide announcement confirms the restaurant’s status among the country’s leading kitchens, with inspectors noting its continued delivery of high-quality cuisine and service.
The recognition comes alongside further international attention, with Lonely Planet recently naming the Bishop’s Buttery among its recommended destinations in Tipperary.
Staff at Cashel Palace Hotel marked the occasion with a small gathering on the grounds of the historic property, reflecting on what has been described as a strong start to 2026 for the business.
