Wall collapse causes traffic disruption on Tipperary road

County Council carrying out works

Motorists in South Tipperary are being warned of traffic disruption due to essential repair works being carried out by Tipperary County Council.

Due to a partial collapse of a section of embankment and wall on the L3508-1 road, from the roundabout adjacent to the Pure Drop Bar in Ardfinnan towards Newcastle, a one way system has been put in place with traffic light controls.

It is expected that this system will be in place for the next two weeks, according to Tipperary County Council.

The traffic lights are in place since Tuesday,  April 3, and the one-way system will be in place until -  Tuesday,  April 17.

Tipperary County Council apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
