Bale on the road
Right in the middle of Farm Safety Week Tipperary Gardaí have issued a timely reminder to farmers to be safe on the roads.
The warning comes after gardaí in the county came across a large round bale of hay in the middle of a road, after falling from an agricultural transport.
"If this had hit a pedestrian, cyclist or vehicle the only person who would be looking for “bale” would be the driver in court!" the gardaí warned.
