Taylor Swift
With an impressive lineup featuring the likes of Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band, Rod Stewart, P!NK, and Taylor Swift, set to captivate the country this year, fans won't have to cut their nights short or fork out for exorbitantly priced hotels as Irish rail announce additional services.
However, with heightened demand expected, organisers are urging patrons to plan ahead and make use of online booking facilities to secure their tickets and avoid disappointment.
Notable services include connections from Waterford to Kilkenny and a 00:40 service from Dublin Heuston to Cork with connection to Limerick Colbert on the nights of the P!NK and Taylor Swift shows.
As this service departs after midnight, Irish Rail are asking patrons to search the following morning in the Journey Planner when booking.
"Free travel pass holders please note free travel passes are non-transferrable and can only be used by the named person. You cannot use your free travel pass on services not listed in the official timetable, on tours and special rail services. You can only use it on all regular timetable services," advises a spokesperson for Irish Rail.
Taylor Swift will bring her Eras Tour to Dublin on June 28, 29 and 30, Springsteen is due to play Croke Park on May 19 while P!NK will bring her gig to the Aviva Stadium on June 20.
