Driver with NO licence caught using mobile phone while driving

An unlicensed motorist has been caught driving while using a mobile phone. 

According to An Garda Síochána, members of the DMR (Dublin Metropolitan Region) were running a checkpoint yesterday (May 18) when they spotted the driver with a phone in their hand. 

Officers over the vehicle and discovered the driver did not posess a valid license either. 

The vehicle was seized.
