David and Victoria Beckham's old car, a high-end Mercedes, has popped up for sale in Ireland.

You never quite know what you'll stumble upon while browsing online, particularly on Irish marketplace sites, but Posh and Becks' "iconic" car certainly wasn't on the list.

The 2001 Mercedes Benz S500 LWB boasts a custom UK plate, 124,00 miles on the clock, a 5.0-litre petrol engine, black leather upholstery, wood accents on the dash and doors, electric seats, rear blinds and table for added convenience, a multi-functional steering wheel, cruise control, and rear TV entertainment.

The best part? The original Mercedes Nokia phone located in the centre console.

With a strong presence and an illustrious history documented on Google, this car is described as "a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts alike" by dealers Tiger Boland Motor Company, based at Newlands Cross in Dublin, in the listing on DoneDeal.ie.

The advert notes that this car, adorned with the private registration B9 DVB, comes with a wealth of paperwork and pictures to authenticate its provenance. It is listed with an asking price of €8,950.
