The late Sinead O'Connor's property, 'Montebello' on Strand Road, Bray, went on the market with a seven-figure price tag of €1,295,000 in December 2024 and was confirmed to have been sold this week on March 12, 2025,
Sinead, who sadly passed away in 2023, initially purchased the spacious home back in 2007 for €1.7 million but dropped the price to €950,000 when she put it on the market back in 2021.
It was important to Sinead that the property kept its original Victorian features but her personal style and touches can still be found throughout in the form of murals, stained glass and brightly painted quoin stones along the front side of the house.
