Gardai appeal for information after unidentified man’s body found at bridge

Gardai have appealed for information after a man’s body was found at a bridge in Dublin on Tuesday.

The unidentified man was discovered at Spencer Bridge in the north of the city.

The coroner has been notified and the body was taken from the scene to Dublin City mortuary at Whitehall where a post-mortem examination is to be carried out.

Gardai are appealing for anyone who has recently been in the Spencer Dock/Guild Street area and may have information about the incident to contact them.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Store Street Garda Station on 01 666 8000, the Garda Confidential line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
