An extension of duration planning application has been submitted to Tipperary County Council for the construction of dozens of houses and apartments in Nenagh.
The application - submitted yesterday (July 8) by Binn An Fheadain Limited - is seeking permission to construct 16 semi-detached three bedroom two-storey houses, eight three bedroom two-storey terraced houses, and eight two bedroom apartments over four storeys at Castleway, Dublin Road.
If granted, new entrance gates and access road to existing holiday homes will also be constructed.
A decision is expected on September 1, 2024.
