Tipperary County Council Library Service is set to host 'Shattering the Menopause Taboo: A Talk by Catherine O’Keeffe' later this month on Tuesday October 29 at 6:30pm in the Nenagh Library.
The event will discuss: • The realities of menopause: Understand the physical and emotional challenges women face.
• Strategies for coping: Discover effective ways to manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.
• Creating a supportive environment: Explore how workplaces and communities can better support menopausal individuals.
This informative session is open to everyone, regardless of gender. Whether you’re experiencing menopause yourself or supporting someone who is, this is a valuable opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding.
The session will conclude with a 15-minute Q&A session where you can ask your questions and get personalized advice.
