A Tipperary player has won €108,042 after matching 5 numbers and the bonus in last night’s (Saturday, 9th August) Lotto draw. The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the 9th August from Dunnes Stores, Ann Brook Shopping Centre, Nenagh, Co Tipperary.

The winning numbers in last night’s (Saturday, 9th August) Lotto draw were: 4, 6, 11, 39, 41, 46 and the bonus was 10.

A Donegal player also won the top prize of €250,000 in last night’s (Saturday, 9th August) Lotto Plus 2 draw. The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the 9th August from Daly's Topaz, Daly Brothers Retail Ltd, Letterkenny Road, Lifford, Co Donegal.

The winning numbers in last night’s (Saturday, 9th August) Lotto Plus 2 draw were: 11, 13, 22, 25, 29, 32 and the bonus was 42.

Darragh O’Dwyer, National Lottery Spokesperson said:

“What a fantastic night for players in both Tipperary and Donegal who have won life enhancing sums of money. While there was no winner of the Lotto jackpot worth €14,633,575 in total over 108,000 players won prizes in the Lotto & Lotto Plus draws, including our player in Tipperary who won matched 5 numbers and the bonus in the main Lotto draw to win €108,042, and our Donegal player who won the top prize of €250,000 in the Lotto Plus 2 draw. If you bought your tickets in Tipperary or Donegal, now’s the time to double-check, you could be Ireland’s newest big winners.”

The National Lottery is urging all players in the Tipperary and Donegal areas to check their tickets carefully and if you’re holding the winning ticket, be sure to contact the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie to arrange the collection of your prize.
