Thirty-two-year-old Daryl McCormack who grew up in Nenagh has also starred in Peaky Blinders

Nenagh actor Daryl McCormack stars in the official teaser for Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery, predicted to be one of Netflix's biggest films of 2025.

Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig) returns for his most dangerous case yet in the third and darkest chapter of Rian Johnson’s murder mystery opus. Starring Daniel Craig, Josh O’Connor, Glenn Close, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner, Kerry Washington, Andrew Scott, Cailee Spaeny, Daryl McCormack, and Thomas Haden Church.

Knives Out is a series of American murder mystery films written, directed, and co-produced by Rian Johnson.

Trained at the DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama and the Gaiety School of Acting, McCormack made his acting debut in the soap opera Fair City. He appeared in the BBC series Peaky Blinders, the film Pixie, and the Apple TV+ series Bad Sisters.
