M7 Tipperary crash update: Nenagh to Moneygall carriageway reopens following pile-up

The northbound carriageway on the M7 between Nenagh and Moneygall has reopened following a multi-vehicle pile up.

The motorway between Junction 25 and Junction 23 was closed for a time this morning when four vehicles were involved in a collision after the area was hit by icy conditions and hail showers.

Motorists are still being advised by the Gardai to drive with care as conditions are still icy and are expected to remain so until the latest Met Eireann weather alert ends around 3pm.
