Mourners have left condolences for the family of Tipperary woman Maura McGrath.
Originally from Marlfield Road, Clonmel, Maura passed away on February 11 peacefully in Rathkeevan Nursing Home.
Predeceased by her husband James, son Paul and sister Chrissie. Sadly missed by her loving daughter Deirdre, grandchildren Caoimhe and Eoghan, sister Freda and brother-in-law Tommy, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
"So sorry to hear of Maura's death, we both worked with Maura and had many the laughs. Maura was a real lady and we have wonderful memories of our great times. Condolences to you Deirdre, your family and Freda and family. Rest in peace Maura."
"Deepest sympathy to Deirdre and Freda and all their families. Such a wonderful friend and neighbour in Cherrymount."
"Sincere condolences to Deirdre and all the McGrath and Scully family on the sad passing of Maura. Knew Maura for many years when she was a great friend of my sister Angela and many years later in the day care centre in Irishtown. Maura was a beautiful lady and was a privilege to know her in the later years of her life. May Maura’s soul rest in eternal peace."
Requiem Mass will be on Friday, February 14 at 12 noon in St Mary’s Church, Irishtown, with burial afterwards in St Partick’s Cemetery.
