With the town approximately one Hour to Dublin, Cork, Waterford and Limerick, investors should realise that towns like Thurles or Templemore and villages close to the motorway or main line train station are now in big demand with so many workers and students finding it almost impossible to find accommodation.
Rents in Thurles, Cashel and Templemore have increased by as much as 20 percent with three bed semi’s or two bed apartments fetching between €700 or even as high as €1000 per month.
