Co-ordinating all aspects of the tender process, including breaking down large fixture packages into trade packages and sub-contracting sections of the work.

Working with quantity surveyors to estimate the type and amount of materials necessary to deliver the contract against the agreed specifications.

Completing detailed corporate governance documentation and liaising with the Commercial Manager for the methods of incorporation into bids and responsible for ensuring projects have the correct approvals in place for each stage.

Attendance at mid/post tender interviews with the Client team on bids under consideration.

Production of handover documentation to the Project Commercial team on successful bids.

Project Quantity Surveyor - careers@clancy.ie

As Project Surveyor, you will be reporting to the Senior Surveyor and responsible for commercial aspects on a specific project across various sectors and sites; commercial, residential, hospitality, education, and industrial.

Ensure risk registers, variation trackers and extension of time tracker sheets are reviewed and updated monthly and included within monthly reports.

Preparation of Cost Reports and reviewing of project cost reports.Review of subcontractor documents and updating of templates, including appointment documents, and payment certificates.

Measure, price, negotiate and agree on budgets and costs for variations to project scope.

Bid Coordinator - careers@clancy.ie

Compiling company information to support pre-qualification questionnaire submissions, creating graphic design and layout for bid submissions, collating information, including text and images, for technical responses to bids, and proofing and checking bid documents before final submission.

Liaise with Bid Planning Manager to ensure a strong connection between the written content and graphics, seeking to use info-graphics, charts and pictures to underline key solutions and evidence points from the written submission.

Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from operations, technical, commercial, and compliance.
