Woodco - Ireland's number one biomass boiler company
‘The team at Woodco has been manufacturing biomass boilers for almost 20 years. In that time, we have supplied boilers all over Ireland, UK, Canada, US, New Zealand and many countries throughout Europe. We have been passionate about displacing fossil fuel with low carbon heating technologies in that time. We are 100% Irish owned, and manufacture boilers from 15kw (domestic) to 500kw (commercial) at our factory in Tipperary.
Wood Pellet boilers are popular as replacements for fossil fuel boilers such as oil or gas as they can be a direct replacement with no need for a change in heating pipework in the home. Wood Pellets are 20%-30% cheaper than oil or gas as a fuel and are exempt from carbon tax.
Wood Pellets are a clean sustainable fuel and with the Woodco boilers up to 94% efficient there is very little ash. All wood pellet suppliers must be certified by the WFQA (World Fuel Quality Assurance) and the pellets are sourced from sustainably managed forests.
A key ingredient to our success is the experience of the team we have assembled. Our people are undisputed specialists in this field. We design and manufacture biomass boilers, import carbon neutral lifestyle products and provide a full Solar PV installation service.
Our R&D team is constantly refining and ensuring we produce the most efficient heating solutions possible. For that reason, we are fully accountable and ensure reliability of product and service.
Using world-class technology by industry-leading fabricators, all our boilers are made to the highest standards. With technical support from Woodco's biomass experts, you can trust our team to deliver outstanding service every step of the way.’
