Dymphna Ryan continued her fantastic form in a new PB time of 16:47 in the Streets of Kilkenny 5K on Holy Thursday.
STREETS OF KILKENNY 5K
The very popular and fast Streets of Kilkenny was held on Thursday, April 6. It’s a two lap course. Dymphna Ryan continued her fantastic form in a new PB time of 16:47. She placed 95th overall, 4th Woman and 2nd O40 in what was an extremely competitive race.
BRENDAN KINANE 5k
Our Annual BK5K in memory of the late Brendan Kinane will be held on Wednesday, May 3 at 8pm.
If you want a 5km PB or a nice flat 5km this race is for you. On a lovely 5km loop that starts and finishes in the village of Dundrum, Co Tipperary.
