The South-East Swifts, a wheelchair basketball team based in Kilkenny, are gearing up for the Wheelchair Basketball National Cup Final on this Friday, January 19, in the National Basketball Arena.
The team has two squad members from Tipperary, one each from the parishes of Drangan (Jamie Strappe) and Two Mile Borris (Liam Blake).
The South-East Swifts are up against the five-in-a-row chasing Rebel Wheelers, and are hoping for a strong turnout of supporters.
