John Laste who completed a clean sweep on Saturday last with a provincial title having already won national and county gold earlier this year.
John Laste completed the clean sweep of indoor titles last weekend as he won the Munster masters men’s over 60 race walk title in Nenagh on Saturday.
As the indoor season nears its close John followed up his County and National gold medals with gold in a season’s best time of 17 minutes flat.
John will now look forward to a big summer outdoor season with new challenges as he works toward the world championships in Gothenburg in September
