Minor football championship game between Tipperary and Limerick will be played in Fethard

Fethard Town Park will host the Munster Minor Football Championship game between Tipperary and Limerick next Tuesday evening, April 2

The Electric Ireland Munster Minor Football Championship Phase 1, Round 1 match between Tipperary and Limerick will be played at Fethard Town Park on Tuesday evening, April 2.

The game was scheduled for FBD Semple Stadium but the Thurles venue has been closed since the end of February to facilitate repair work to the surface of the pitch.

Next Tuesday's match in Fethard will start at 7pm.

No decision has yet been made on the Electric Ireland Munster Minor Hurling Championship game between Tipperary and Cork, which is due to be played at FBD Semple Stadium at 7pm on Thursday evening, April 4.
