Tipperary player Siobhan Ryan named in Irish Over 40 squad for Four Nations Masters tournament

The tournament takes place in Cork at the Garryduff Sports Centre and UCC Mardyke

Over 200 Women’s Masters hockey players will descend onto Cork this June Bank Holiday weekend for the Four Nations Women’s Masters Hockey Tournament featuring 12 competing squads from Ireland, England, Wales and Scotland.

Set to captivate audiences and athletes alike, the much celebrated Four Nations tournament showcases the incredible talent and passion of seasoned hockey players from Ireland, England, Wales and Scotland. 

With age categories spanning Over 35s, Over 40s and Over 45s, including former Olympians and international players, the tournament promises exhilarating matches, unforgettable moments and a great spectacle for all to enjoy from this Friday until Sunday.

Tipperary player Siobhan Ryan is included in the Irish Over 40 squad.

It is over five years since the Women’s Masters Four Nations tournament has been hosted in Ireland and the opportunity promises to be a competitive weekend of 18 hockey matches across Cork’s two tournament venues - Garryduff Sports Centre and UCC Mardyke.
