PICTURE: Local Tipperary flower club presents generous donation to charity

Thurles District Flower and Garden Club presented Cameo Care Thurles with a cheque for €2000 on Tuesday February 9, in the Order of Malta Hall Thurles.

The evening was a great success.

After the presentation, there was a flower demonstration by two members of the club Bertranda Delaney and Anna Kennedy followed by light refreshments.

They would like to thank everyone who supported the club at their Christmas Gala Flower Demonstration 2025 the results of which enable them to present this donation.

The next club meeting is on Tuesday, March 10, at 8pm in the Order of Malta Hall, a garden talk by Siobhan O Mahony from Ballylanders.

Non-members are welcome with a €10 admission fee.
